Ro32 Terms & Conditions – Complete terms and policies governing use of the platform

ro32 An online gaming and betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Rules and Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between ro32 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "your").

These terms and conditions apply to the ro32.net website, mobile application, and all associated services. You are required to read these terms carefully before using our services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using ro32 and contact support to close your account.

To open an account with ro32, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.

• Only one account may be registered per mobile number.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password strictly confidential.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

Ro32 reserves the right to decline any registration at any time without reason. Account registration is completely free.

Ro32 strictly prohibits access by minors. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory in the following circumstances:

• Prior to your first withdrawal request.
• For large-value transactions.
• If suspicious activity is detected.
• When updating account information.

Accepted documents for KYC: National ID (NID), Passport, Driving Licence. All documents must be valid and clearly legible.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• No transaction fees on deposits.

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).

• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on ro32:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days, though specific offers may differ.
• Only bets with minimum odds of 1.50 will count toward wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.

Ro32 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend any bonus offer at any time. If bonus fraud is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on ro32:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be changed or cancelled (except via Cash Out).
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, pre-match bets will be voided and your money will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bets may be voided.
• If one match in an accumulator bet is abandoned, winnings will be calculated based on the remaining matches.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.

Ro32 reserves the right to void any bet associated with suspicious betting patterns or match-fixing at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Bonus fraud — attempting to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Arbitrage betting or automated betting using software.
• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Attempting to hack, phish, or manipulate the system.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Attempting to access the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

Ro32 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• For violations of these terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If suspicious financial transactions are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Unless there is an urgent security reason, users will be notified by email or SMS before their account is closed. Any valid balance will be refunded after proper verification.

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address.
• A notice will be displayed on the platform's main page.
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
